Principal Funds names new president

Nora M. Everett will report to former president Ralph Eucher, who retains his title as CEO and serves as vice chairman of the board.

Ms. Everett reports to Mr. Eucher.
Ms. Everett previously served as senior vice president and deputy general counsel at the Principal Financial Group.
She has worked for the Des Moines, Iowa-based firm since 1991 in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, litigation, regulatory inquiries and investments.
The Principal Financial group offers a range of products and services including retirement and investment services, life and health insurance and banking.
The firm has $311.1 billion in assets under management. The Principal Funds have more than $63 billion in assts under management.
