Comparing CRM systems: Breaking down the details

A simple collation of the tools and features of adviser-facing CRMs.

Every year, software providers shake up the adviser market by offering a new platform or new tool for their clients. Salesforce Financial Services Cloud recently sent a shockwave through the industry with its announcement of a wealth management-driven CRM, shedding itself of its overlay-only tool for advisers. Other platforms, such as Redtail and Junxure, on the other hand, are aiming more toward a seamless integration, and teaming up with custodians and third-party vendors throughout the industry. Here is a breakdown of some of the CRMs just for advisers out there.
