Cresset hires $500 million Goldman adviser

Hanley Sayers will join the registered investment advisory firm in Houston, expanding Cresset's footprint to Texas.

Hanley Sayers, who managed $500 million at Goldman Sachs, has joined Cresset Asset Management, a registered investment advisory firm.

Cresset, which is based in Chicago, manages $12 billion in assets and has offices throughout the country.

Sayers will be based in Houston, expanding Cresset’s footprint to Texas.

Sayers was with Goldman Sachs for nine years.
