UBS team managing $245 million

Brendan Biruk and Dan Rattigan form Washington Crossing Financial Group in Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania.

Brendan Biruk and Dan Rattigan, who managed $245 million at UBS in Newtown, Pennsylvania, have formed Washington Crossing Financial Group and affiliated with LPL Financial.

The new firm, based in the Pennsylvania town of the same name, also will use LPL’s corporate RIA.

Biruk has 22 years of experience, according to his BrokerCheck report, and started his career at Prudential Securities in 1999. Rattigan has 20 years of experience and started at Prudential in 2000, according to BrokerCheck.
