While it was not exactly an ambush (I had an interview scheduled), the ever-gracious Neesha Hathi allowed us to interview her on camera with a mere minute or two of warning.
Ms. Hathi is vice president of technology solutions for Schwab Advisor Services and the setting was last week’s Schwab Impact conference in San Francisco.
