iPad apps every financial adviser should check out
The lastest adviser applications for Apple's ubiquitous tablet show plenty of polish
A growing number of financial advisers are now using iPads, as we’ve recently noted and noticed in traffic to our own website.
But according to some preliminary results of our annual technology vendor and usage survey, 51% out of 970 advisers polled indicated that they are now using tablets. (The full results will be revealed in the upcoming Technology Trends special report which publishes on August 27.)
The iPad is the overwhelming favorite, with roughly 85% of advisers that use a tablet stating that they use an iPad, with Android-based tablets coming in a distant second at 12.3%.
With that, INTV sat down with our resident guru, technology reporter Davis Janowski, and got his recommendations for iPad apps that he thinks all advisers should download. Stay tuned for the Tech Trends special report, which will highlight some other apps that advisers frequently use.
