A nasty divorce is shaping up between Arthur Andersen & Co., the bean-counting bunch at Andersen Worldwide, and Andersen Consulting, which will be happy to charge you to tell you what to do.

The bean boys asked for $10 billion, royalties and the Andersen name as their price for granting the

others their freedom, the Wall Street Journal reported. The consultants started a breach of contract

arbitration action last month against their other half. (Hey: If they’re so smart, why couldn’t they figure it all out by themselves?) There’s a Feb. 19 deadline, but it’ll probably be extended. No word on who wants the dog and the Super Bowl tickets.
