Four steps to new clients with LinkedIn
Once you are armed with healthy foundation of connections, you should start to create a list of local companies you plan on tracking. You need to think strategically through this process by asking yourself; Are there certain businesses you've read about in your local paper that are hiring or firing? Is there a particular industry that is struggling or thriving in your area? Do you have a lot of connections at any one location?
Then establish a target list of approximately thirty companies you are going to follow. You have a gift here as this process is automated, (LinkedIn is doing the work), so will be able to follow more companies than you might think possible.
