Top 10 financial firms ranked by investors
When it comes to which firms make their investors happiest, Edward Jones and Fidelity Investments are tied, according to J.D. Power's annual U.S. Full Service Investor Satisfaction Study, which found that the two firms fared particularly well across a net of factors — from adviser to performance and account offerings.
According to J.D. Power, Edward Jones did particularly well in the investment adviser and investment performance factors while Fidelity did well with account information and account offerings. Higher satisfaction from investors means more advocates and loyalty to their advisers.
More than 5,300 investors participated in the study, all of whom either make some or all of their investment decisions with their adviser. The results were scored on a 1,000-point scale. Here are the top 10.
