Stonegate Wealth Management, Family Financial Research merge

Stonegate Wealth Management LLC and Family Financial Research LLC announced yesterday that they have joined forces.

Stonegate Wealth Management LLC and Family Financial Research LLC announced yesterday that they have joined forces. The two registered investment advisers will collectively operate under the name Stonegate Wealth Management LLC.

In light of the economic downturn, Family Financial Research felt the need to “seek enhanced technical support, research and access to new investment strategies and opportunities,” president and founder of Family Financial Research, Cary Carbonaro, said in a press release.

As a result of the merger, the combined assets under management will be approximately $210M.

Stonegate is based in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. Family Financial Research has offices in New York and Florida.
