* Invest Financial Corp. in Tampa, Fla., has named three executives as regional presidents. Gregory F. Broadbridge, 50, will oversee client account relationships in the Southeast; Douglas K. Dorn, 53, will head the Midwest/West region, and Robert E. Summa, 42, will direct activities in the Northeast.

In addition, Ruth A. Burgess, 48, has been promoted to senior vice president and chief compliance officer of both Invest and the Investment Centers of America Inc. subsidiary. She had been vice president and associate compliance officer.

* Nvest Managed Account Services Co., a new unit of Nvest LP that markets affiliates’ investment products to mutual fund wrap programs, has appointed Hugh M. Kelly, 45, senior vice president. He has been with the company since 1996, most recently as vice president and national sales director for Nvest Advisor Services.

* Bryn Mawr Bank Corp. in Bryn Mawr, Pa., has appointed Thomas M. Petro, 40, to head its investment management activity — which includes CDC Capital Management, Investment Counselors of Bryn Mawr and the trust investments unit of the Bryn Mawr Trust Co. He will remain as president and chief executive of Bryn Mawr Brokerage Co.

* Voyageur Asset Management in Minneapolis has named Thomas S. McGlinch, 42, senior portfolio manager and head of taxable fixed-income investments. He had been director and senior portfolio manager at First American Asset Management in Minneapolis.

* Dailey Capital Management, a private equity investment firm in Southport, Conn., has named Diane Coogan, 36, director of insurance.

She had been a principal consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in New York.

* Parker GlobalStrategies LLC in Stamford, Conn., has appointed Randy Warsager, 48, managing director for client services and education. He had been vice president of alternative investment research and education at the New York Mercantile Exchange.

* Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette Inc. in New York has named Rakesh Sood, 43, general partner of the Sprout Group, its venture capital arm in Menlo Park, Calif. He had been vice president of the Internet-online software and services group at Goldman Sachs Group Inc. in New York.

* L.J. Melody & Co., the national real estate investment banking division of CB Richard Ellis in Houston, has appointed Wanda L. Riggs, 42, vice president in its Atlanta office. She had been a director of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP in Atlanta.

* First American Asset Managment, a division of U.S. Bancorp in Minneapolis, has appointed Jonathan Scharlau, 30, equity portfolio manager and analyst and Mark Zgutowicz, 29, equity analyst. Both are members of the small- and mid-cap growth equity team. Mr. Scharlau had served as an equity and statistical analyst with Peregrine Capital Management in Minneapolis. Mr. Zgutowicz had been a growth team associate in the investment research department at American Express Financial Advisors, also in Minneapolis.

* Mesirow Financial in Chicago has named Susan Schwartzwald, 43, a vice president in the investment services division. She had been director of listing sales at the Chicago Stock Exchange.

* Delaware Investment Advisers, the investment management arm of Delaware Investments, has promoted David Prince, 45, and Mark S. Clewett, 31, to senior vice presidents of global marketing and client services, from vice president. Stephen F.X. Whalen, 37, and Matthew S. Garrison, 27, have been promoted to vice president, marketing and client services. Mr. Whalen has served in a variety of roles in client services. Mr. Garrison has been responsible for institutional communications at Delaware Investments.

Additionally, Delaware Distributors LP has hired John A. Register, 36, and Cornelius Kennedy, 32, as vice presidents and regional consultants. Mr. Register had been an investment consultant at Banc of America Investments in Florence, S.C., while Mr. Kennedy served as regional sales rep/wholesaler at Evergreen Investment Services Inc. in Charlotte, N.C.

* Scudder Kemper Investments Inc. in New York has named Arnim Sanchez Holzer, 40, senior vice president and investment strategist in its international mutual fund group. He had been managing director of marketing and client services at Deltec Asset Management Corp. in New York.

* New York Life Benefit Services in Norwood, Mass., has promoted Joel M. Disend, 57, to chairman. He will remain as chief executive while his role as president will be taken by Thomas A. Clough, 44, senior vice president for operations and professional services.

* Equitable Distributors Inc., a subsidiary of Axa Financial Inc. in New York, has named Susan Blake Davis, 40, vice president of marketing. Ms. Davis had been an annuities manager at Pacific Life Insurance Co. in Newport Beach, Calif.

* Anderson Consulting Ventures in Palo Alto, Calif., has promoted Cherine Chalaby, 48, to managing partner, Europe, from managing partner, global capital markets.

* Turner Investment Partners in Berwyn, Pa., has named six new principals: Todd A. Bitzer, 34, business development director; Amy D. Duling, 32, director of marketing; William H. McNett III, 40, client service principal; Christopher J. Perry, 32, senior security analyst; Debi Deyo Rossi, 33, performance specialist; and Bruce R. Zewe, 52, director of communications.
