CBRE Group Inc. of Los Angeles has hired Brian Fiumara, 38, as senior vice president with the Philadelphia Investment Properties-National Partners team.

Based in Philadelphia, he is responsible for selling office and industrial investment real estate in that region.

Previously, Mr. Fiumara was a member of the investment sales team at The Flynn Co. of Philadelphia.

Pyxis Capital LP of Dallas has hired Keith Watts, 45, as head of national sales for its distribution team.

He is responsible for a growing sales and client service team focused on the firm’s offerings in alternatives mutual fund strategies.

Previously, Mr. Watts was a Dallas-based national sales manager for registered investment advisers and institutional distribution at Destra Capital Investments LLC of Lisle, Ill.

United Capital Financial Advisers LLC of Newport Beach, Calif., has hired F. Scott Wells, 50, as a wealth adviser.

Based in Boca Raton, Fla., he is responsible for delivering customized financial advice to business owners, physicians and other individuals.

Previously, Mr. Wells was a managing director at BlueKey Wealth Management LLC of Hollywood, Fla.

Standish Mellon Asset Management Co. LLC of Boston has hired Raman Srivastava, 37, as a co-deputy chief investment officer and managing director of global fixed income.

He is responsible for overseeing all global and non-U.S. fixed-income strategies.

Previously, Mr. Srivastava was a senior investment professional and portfolio manager on the core-plus, global-fixed-income and absolute-return teams at Putnam Investments of Boston.

WestPark Capital Inc. of Los Angeles has hired Alan Feldman, 45, and Joseph Hain, 38, as investment bankers.

They will focus on financial consultation, investment banking and portfolio management, and also are responsible for structuring and raising capital for small to midsize companies.

Previously, Mr. Feldman was a managing director at Guggenheim Capital Markets LLC of New York. Mr. Hain was a portfolio manager at Intrinsic Value Capital LP of New York.

Raymond James & Associates Inc. of St. Petersburg, Fla., has hired Mark W. Teed, 55, as a senior vice president of investments.

Based in Springfield, Mass., he is responsible for offering clients customized plans.

Previously, he was a Springfield-based manager for Wells Fargo Advisors LLC of St. Louis.

Seix Investment Advisors LLC of Upper Saddle River, N.J., has hired Jill R. Bongiorno, 47, as managing director and head of global consultant relations.

She is responsible for nurturing and building Seix’s institutional consultant relationships.

Previously, Ms. Bongiorno was a New York-based managing director of consultant relations at Mesirow Financial of Chicago.
