An independent advisory group with $190 million in client assets has moved to Triad Advisors, according to the hybrid independent broker-dealer platform.
Legacy Wealth Partners, founded in 2007 by Brad Levin and David Tracy, recently transitioned to Triad, the firm said in a statement released this week. Legacy, based in Woodland Hills, Calif., provides holistic financial planning to high-net-worth professionals and business owners, retirees and pre-retirees, and people experiencing major life transitions, primarily divorce or the death of a spouse.
Mr. Levin and Mr. Tracy are industry veterans with nearly 40 years of combined advisor experience. The team is maintaining its own registered investment advisory firm.
